FF&E specification for interior design studios

One schedule. Two documents. Never out of sync.

Speciqo turns your furniture and finish selections into a client presentation and a procurement package at the same time — correctly priced, with the right VAT, from a single set of items. Change a price once and every document follows.

  • Priced in euro
  • EU VAT handled properly
  • One link the client keeps
  • Your commission stays private

Built for Balkan and EU suppliers, EU VAT and the euro.

You already know where the afternoon goes

01

Forty items, copied by hand

Name, image, dimensions, supplier, lead time, price, link. Each one carried from a browser tab into a spreadsheet, then into a layout.

02

Every revision, from the top

The client swaps three pieces. The schedule, the client PDF and the contractor list all have to be rebuilt — and kept consistent with each other.

03

And one wrong number is invisible

A markup applied twice. A trade discount missed. A purchase that should have been reverse-charged. You find it on the invoice, not on the sheet.

Speciqo removes the retyping and does the arithmetic for you.

Three steps, and the documents write themselves

  1. 1

    Specify

Build the schedule room by room. Paste a supplier link and the name, price, article number and dimensions fill themselves in.

  2. 2

    Present

Send a link or a PDF. Your client approves, rejects or asks for an alternative, item by item, and it comes straight back to you.

  3. 3

    Procure

Export the contractor package — true supplier costs, article numbers, finishes, lead times and contacts. From the same items.

One dataset, two faces

The same sofa, written once, rendered for two audiences. Your commission is folded invisibly into what the client sees and shown plainly to procurement — because both are derived from one row, never typed twice.

Change the markup once and every line, subtotal and export follows. Cost and commission never reach the client — not hidden in the template, absent from the data.

VAT that matches how you actually buy

An Italian sofa bought under intra-EU reverse charge carries no purchase VAT, yet your Bulgarian client still pays 20% on it. Speciqo treats those as two different numbers, because they are.

Procurement VAT

What you pay the supplier. Reverse-charged, exempt, standard or settled at customs — set per item, suggested from the supplier's country.

Sales VAT

What your client pays you. Reverse-charges automatically for a VAT-registered business in another member state; a domestic client always pays.

What you get out of it

Stop copying out of browser tabs

Paste the supplier's link. The page is read for you and the fields are filled in — you confirm rather than retype. Nothing saves until you say so.

Two finished documents, not one done twice

The client presentation and the procurement schedule come out of the same items. Change a price, a markup or a room and both follow. They cannot drift apart.

Send something the client takes seriously

Your studio name and colours, laid out for print rather than exported from a spreadsheet. It arrives looking like it came from a practice — down to Bulgarian letterforms most tools get wrong.

Know exactly where the client stands

Every item is approved, rejected or queried, in writing, against a version you sent. No more reconstructing a decision from a WhatsApp thread.

See the budget before your client does

Target against specified, by room and by category, with your commission, updating as you work. You find out you are over budget while you can still fix it.

Your trading terms, applied automatically

Each supplier's discount, lead time, currency and VAT treatment are reused on every item you specify from them. Set once, correct thereafter.

Before you ask

Do I have to change how I work?
No. You still work in rooms and items, in the order you already think in. Speciqo is the part that removes the copying and the arithmetic, not a new method.
Can my client see my markup?
No — and not because it is hidden in a template. Cost, discount and commission are never written into what the client receives, so there is nothing there to find.
What if a supplier's site cannot be read?
You fill that item in by hand and everything else still works. The link reader is a shortcut, never a requirement — and some vendors block automated requests outright.
Is the output really in Bulgarian?
Yes. Client and contractor documents are Bulgarian by default, set per project. The interface itself works in either language, so a mixed team is fine.
Can I try it on a real project?
Yes. Set up a studio, specify one room and export both PDFs. That is enough to tell whether it fits how you work.

Stop retyping your own schedule

Set up a studio and specify your first room in a few minutes. No card, no import, nothing to migrate.
