FF&E specification for interior design studios
Speciqo turns your furniture and finish selections into a client presentation and a procurement package at the same time — correctly priced, with the right VAT, from a single set of items. Change a price once and every document follows.

Built for Balkan and EU suppliers, EU VAT and the euro.
You already know where the afternoon goes
Name, image, dimensions, supplier, lead time, price, link. Each one carried from a browser tab into a spreadsheet, then into a layout.
The client swaps three pieces. The schedule, the client PDF and the contractor list all have to be rebuilt — and kept consistent with each other.
A markup applied twice. A trade discount missed. A purchase that should have been reverse-charged. You find it on the invoice, not on the sheet.
Speciqo removes the retyping and does the arithmetic for you.
Build the schedule room by room. Paste a supplier link and the name, price, article number and dimensions fill themselves in.
Send a link or a PDF. Your client approves, rejects or asks for an alternative, item by item, and it comes straight back to you.
Export the contractor package — true supplier costs, article numbers, finishes, lead times and contacts. From the same items.
The same sofa, written once, rendered for two audiences. Your commission is folded invisibly into what the client sees and shown plainly to procurement — because both are derived from one row, never typed twice.

What the client sees
What procurement sees
Change the markup once and every line, subtotal and export follows. Cost and commission never reach the client — not hidden in the template, absent from the data.
An Italian sofa bought under intra-EU reverse charge carries no purchase VAT, yet your Bulgarian client still pays 20% on it. Speciqo treats those as two different numbers, because they are.
What you pay the supplier. Reverse-charged, exempt, standard or settled at customs — set per item, suggested from the supplier's country.
What your client pays you. Reverse-charges automatically for a VAT-registered business in another member state; a domestic client always pays.
Paste the supplier's link. The page is read for you and the fields are filled in — you confirm rather than retype. Nothing saves until you say so.
The client presentation and the procurement schedule come out of the same items. Change a price, a markup or a room and both follow. They cannot drift apart.
Your studio name and colours, laid out for print rather than exported from a spreadsheet. It arrives looking like it came from a practice — down to Bulgarian letterforms most tools get wrong.
Every item is approved, rejected or queried, in writing, against a version you sent. No more reconstructing a decision from a WhatsApp thread.
Target against specified, by room and by category, with your commission, updating as you work. You find out you are over budget while you can still fix it.
Each supplier's discount, lead time, currency and VAT treatment are reused on every item you specify from them. Set once, correct thereafter.
Set up a studio and specify your first room in a few minutes. No card, no import, nothing to migrate.
